You retain 100% ownership of all Strategic Action Plans, Executive Briefings, and cultural analyses generated for your account. We claim no rights to your outputs.

You may use, modify, distribute, or commercialize your generated content without restriction or attribution.

Framework Usage License

Our analysis engine integrates proven peer-reviewed academic frameworks under scholarly-practitioner fair use. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated insights for:

Internal business decision-making
Client consulting and advisory services
Educational and training purposes
Research and publication (with appropriate citation)

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
Query Limits: Unused queries do not roll over to the next month.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CultureNavigator to:

Misrepresent AI-generated content as human expert advice
Resell or redistribute raw system outputs as a competing service
Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying frameworks

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting contact@culturenav.app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
